My love of Ensenada & Valle De Guadalupe continues to grow even after being here three years. It is not a perfect place but is there really such a place? I believe you can come close to your desires but to be perfect, no.
How can I resist the sunsets here? Why do you think my main page is a sunset picture? The colors and intensity can vary from day to day and be able to step out the backdoor, go up to the rooftop patio or look out our bedroom window and see these. In the early mornings, I can watch the cruise ships coming into port as the moon sets or in the evenings watch them leave.
Centro Ensenada has several museums, the center for the arts and some of its own history such as the Riviera of Ensenada as seen in a few pictures below. There are frequent events which occur at this location. Ensenada has events and activities almost every weekend, even if they are
So, we live very close to La Ruta Del Vino which takes you to Valle De Guadalupe. How can I be so lucky as this area is so unique with the beauty of the valley and mountains, the architecture, people, food and wine? You can see rustic or breathtakingly beautiful to even a place which looks like it is from the future within the Valle, just take a dirt road and see where you may land.
Valle is a foodie country, you can range from very good local places to gourmet chefs with many places which are farm to table. Some of the restaurants are in the least expected places such as Traslomita which is located next to Lomita. As you walk through a vineyard, down a path and it opens up to the wonders of a pond and private seating areas. The desserts were to die for, layers and textures, savory and sweet it just melted in your mouth.
What can I say except my love of where I live just keeps growing.
My heart is full here….
